How do I prevent my email addresses being sent to my contacts list on my Blackberry Bold?

Every time I send an email from my laptop, and decide to add the email address to my contacts on my laptop account they also appear in my contacts on my Blackberry?? Bloody annoying!!
I just want to keep my contacts on my Blackberry for telephone numbers!
