How to fix Netflix proxy error ?

How to fix netflix proxy error on Windows Server 2012 R2 ?

i have a dedicated server and i run a windows 2012 R2 on it , so can i reset my server IP address or something else ?

it was ok last week but now it give me proxy error etc ....

or can i use a vpn on windows server , is it possible ?
