What is a good itinery for travelling around northern India starting from Bageshwar ending in Delhi?

I am hoping to do 10 weeks or so volunteering near Bageshwar (so if you know of any good places to visit from there that would be great too)then have 3-4 weeks to travel around Northern India before flying home from Delhi.

I want to go to as many amazing places as possible. Will be travelling by train. Do you know any websites where I can build my itinery?
